Your order was shipped within our stated processing time. Our website and order confirmation email both clearly note that orders require up to 5 business days for processing before shipment, and expedited shipping is available for customers who need their order sooner.

While we understand the delayed tracking updates are frustrating, they are unfortunately outside of our control once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
