Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order in our Rhode Island workshop. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping within the United States is typically 3–5 business days.

While we do our best to meet these estimates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. Rush shipping may be available for an additional fee.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders.

Once your order is ready to leave our studio, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Accidental Farmgirl is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Please note that international orders, as well as domestic orders shipped outside the contiguous United States, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Because our pieces are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will let you know what may be possible.

We hope you love your Accidental Farmgirl purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 48 hours of receipt for a refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and the high turnover of seasonal collections, return requests received after the 48-hour window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No. Accidental Farmgirl does not currently accept exchanges.

Yes. Customized items and garland orders are final sale. International orders and domestic orders shipped outside the contiguous United States are also final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Seasonal items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Our wreaths and floral pieces are created primarily with high-quality faux fruit, florals, and greenery selected for their realistic appearance. Occasionally, a design may include a dried or natural element that requires additional care. Any natural materials will be noted in the individual product listing.

Because we use remarkably realistic florals, fruit, and natural-looking materials, subtle variations between individual stems and elements are expected. Each piece is also made by hand, which means no two will be exactly alike.

Please expect slight variations from the product photography while knowing that every piece is carefully finished and reviewed before leaving our studio.

Many of our wreaths are created on 18-inch Large or 24-inch X-Large grapevine frames, but the finished size varies depending on the florals, greenery, and overall design.

Most Accidental Farmgirl wreaths are suitable for outdoor display unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

Each wreath is treated with a protective sealant designed to help repel mild weather conditions, but we recommend bringing your wreath indoors during inclement weather. Avoid exposure to water, heavy moisture, and extreme heat.

For additional protection, a UV-protective spray can be reapplied at the beginning of each season.

No. We do not recommend hanging your wreath between two doors. Heat can become trapped in the enclosed space and may damage the florals and materials over time.

To help preserve your piece, protect it from water, heavy moisture, extreme heat, and severe weather. We recommend bringing outdoor pieces inside during inclement weather.

When your piece is not on display, store it in a temperature-controlled space away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. For outdoor wreaths, applying a UV-protective spray at the beginning of each season can provide additional protection.
